Flora is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in rehabilitation. Before becoming an RMT, she worked for four years as a Physiotherapy Assistant, developing experience in injury recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation.
She completed the 3,000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at MaKami College and has more than four years of experience as an RMT.
Flora uses techniques including Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, with a particular interest in chronic neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, muscle tension, postural and movement-related concerns, and soft tissue injuries.

He has advanced training in TMJ/TMD and orofacial rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation through Duke University, concussion management, Schroth therapy for scoliosis, advanced dry needling/IMS, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and chronic pain management.
Noman also works collaboratively with the Oral Medicine team at the University of Alberta in the management of complex TMD, neck, and orofacial conditions. Min is a Registered Dietitian with more than 15 years of clinical experience in Edmonton and over two decades of experience in nutrition. She holds a PhD in Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Alberta, as well as a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Nutrition with Distinction from Zhejiang University.
She has extensive experience supporting individuals with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, and other nutritional concerns. At Strathcona, her practice focuses primarily on adult nutrition.
Min combines her clinical and research background with a practical, individualized approach, helping patients develop nutrition strategies that are realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Joel earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy after transitioning from a career in financial planning. In 2018, he moved with his family from Vancouver to Alberta to pursue physiotherapy, a profession that more closely aligned with his interests in helping people, health, sport, and recreation.
His treatment approach combines therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and dry needling, with an emphasis on helping patients develop the knowledge and tools they need to manage their health and stay active over the long term.
Joel has a particular interest in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, including working with athletes involved in endurance sports, martial arts, and weightlifting. He is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation and works with patients experiencing vertigo, dizziness, and balance-related concerns.

He brings extensive postgraduate training in Functional Dry Needling, manual spinal therapy, acupuncture, sports trauma management, and sports nutrition. Gerald spent approximately two decades as Head Physical Therapist with various Cirque du Soleil touring productions, travelling internationally and providing physiotherapy care to high-level performers. He also previously served as Head Trainer for the University of Alberta women’s soccer team.

Justin is a Registered Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in mental health and counselling. He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
He works with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns. His individualized approach draws from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and existential-humanistic approaches.
